New regional youth shelter to provide critical services to youth in need

A new shelter in Northern Colorado will offer essential services to youth and young adults ages 15-20 who are on their own and in need of immediate support.

The Colorado Department of Local Affairs announced the award of $4.7 million dollars to build and launch the shelter, which will be located at 814 E. 16 Street in Loveland, the former site of Thompson School District¡¯s Monroe Early Childhood Center.

Tickets on sale for ±«Óãtv's summer musical Mamma Mia

Tickets aalt""re now on sale for the ±«Óãtv summer musical production of "Mamma Mia," which will be performed July 20-23 at Fossil Ridge High School, 5400 Ziegler Road, Fort Collins. 

Performance times are 7 p.m., Thursday through Saturday, with additional 2 p.m. matinee performances on Saturday and Sunday. Those who¡¯d like to attend are encouraged to buy tickets now. 

Introducing ±«Óãtv's two new assistant superintendents

Drs. Julie Chaplain and Insoon Olson have been selected as ±«Óãtv¡¯s two newest assistant superintendents, following a competitive national hiring process.  

Together with current Assistant Superintendent Dr. Traci Gile, Dr. Chaplain and Dr. Olson will lead teams of ±«Óãtv principals and directors of the Learning Services departments. These groups of educational leaders will share best practices and continue improving experiences and outcomes for students ¨C from preschool to graduation and beyond.
