Details for school registration and choice applications for ±«Óãtv schools

±«Óãtv will begin accepting both school registration and first-round school choice applications for the 2025-26 school year on the same date: Monday, Nov. 4.  
±«Óãtv is proud to offer strong academic and social opportunities for students in each of our 54 schools. Attending a neighborhood school means living near classmates and building a tight knit community together over time.  

New community engagement norms to support positive interactions

In an effort to foster a culture of mutual respect, effective communication, and quality customer service, ±«Óãtv has created a set of norms for staff, family/guardian, and community engagement. These norms aim to set a positive tone for interactions between staff and parents and community members, whether they happen in person, over the phone, or in writing. 

The norms will be posted in all ±«Óãtv schools and include expectations that: 

Free menstrual products to be available at ±«Óãtv schools

In accordance with House Bill 24-1164, ±«Óãtv is now required to provide free menstrual supplies (pads and tampons) to all menstruating students by the summer of 2028. A gradual deployment of dispensers and supplies has started, and free menstrual products will eventually be in all female-designated restrooms at all ±«Óãtv middle and high schools (including locker rooms), as well as female-designated restrooms in fourth- and fifth-grade halls at ±«Óãtv elementary schools and all single stall/gender-neutral restrooms in the district.
